What is AP Daily Deals?: AP Daily Deals is an online, membership-based group buying service brought to you by your good friends at Ad Pages Magazine. It's a great way to purchase very special offers ("Deals") on the hottest things to do, see and get in your city. We are more than just a single-deal-a-day site. In addition to our featured deal, we have multiple live deals every day. Since all our deals are localized, you'll get a personalized deal email based on offers near your zip code.
How much does it cost to join AP Daily Deals?: It costs nothing to join. Plus, it is easy to sign up to receive our daily alerts about new Deals.
How can I participate in the Group Buy?: Simply click the "Buy Now!" button next to the deal and you will be registered into the group purchase. Once you are in the deal, share it as much as possible with your buddies. Each promotion is limited by either time or quantity, or both, and if the minimum number of buyers required to join the deal is not met the group buy won't be tipped.
How do I tip the deal?: In order to tip a deal, the Group Buy must gather the minimum number of buyers before the time runs out. If we don't meet the minimum, the deal is cancelled and no one is charged. If we do meet the minimum, everyone gets the deal!
I got in the deal, what happens next?: Once the deal tips you will receive an email notification to let you know your credit card has been charged and how to redeem the offer. You may also access your Account at any time to see if your deal is ready to be redeemed. Simply log in, go to "Manage Account" and select "My Purchases" to find your deal.

What payment methods do you accept?: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Will my card be charged right away?: Your credit card will be charged as soon as the deal tips. If the deal has not tipped, we will only pre-authorize your card. If the deal doesn't tip before it closes, the deal is canceled and no one is charged.
Is my credit card secure?: Absolutely! Your personal information is securely transferred electronically. All transactions are encrypted for increased security.
Are there minimums required for the deal to be activated?: Some Deals may require a minimum number of buyers to allow our Merchants to offer better discounts on their services. The more people that join a deal the better the deal. We encourage you to share the deal with your friends.
Are there maximums on the number of each deal available?: Some AP Daily Deals Deals may have a maximum number available for sale. This is to ensure that each Merchant has the capacity to redeem each and every deal sold. There may also be limits on the number of Deals each individual may purchase.
How do I know how much time is left to buy a deal?: The remaining time to get in on a deal is displayed above the “Buy Now!” button.
What happens once there is no more time to buy the deal?: Once the time runs out to buy the deal you can no longer get in on it.
How do I sign up for Daily Deal Alerts?: It’s easy. Simple click on the “Sign Up for Deals” button in the header of any page on the AP Daily Deals site.
I’m not getting emails from AP Daily Deals, what do I do?: If you have already signed up to receive deal alerts or created an account and aren't receiving deal related emails from AP Daily Deals it could be due to your email provider blocking emails from us. Simply add dealmailer@APdailydeals.com to your contacts or safe sender list and the emails should come through. Also, check your spam or junk folder as you may have inadvertently sent us there.
Why do I receive emails from AP Daily Deals, but when I attempt to log in it says “email is invalid”?: Chances are you’re only signed up to receive our email notifications but never fully registered for an account. It’s easy to do, simply click

and fill out the form on the right to register. You can use the email where you’re getting the Deals. This will make you a full-fledged user of AP Daily Deals with the ability to purchase Deals.
Are there any restrictions on AP Daily Deals Deals? When do offers expire?: Any restrictions, including expiration dates, will be listed on each AP Daily Deals deal page. Please be sure to read the Deal's terms and restrictions before purchasing the deal.
Are the AP Daily Deals deals returnable or refundable?: APdailydeals offers a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” (Guaranteed Period). This guarantee covers the amount you paid for a Voucher (Payment) for a 30 day period following the date of your original purchase, provided the Voucher expiration date has not lapsed. Specific terms regarding the guarantee can be found at http://APdailydeals.com/guarantee. For any refund / credit requests beyond the Guaranteed Period, please refer to the Terms of Service.
Can I cancel my purchase?: You may only cancel your purchase if the deal has not yet tipped. To cancel, log into your AP Daily Deals account and go to the “My Purchases” page. Find the deal and click on the cancel link.
What if the offer expires before I redeem?: Unfortunately, expired AP Daily Deals Deals can’t be redeemed. It is important to redeem your deal before the offer expires.
How long are Deals typically available for purchase?: Typically Deals run for a period of 7 days, unless they sell out prior to their promotional period. However, every so often we run special deals that may last longer or shorter than deals outside of those times so be sure to check the time remaining on each deal.
Can I buy a deal as a gift?: Yes. When you are on the deal page, select the “Gift this Deal” link. You’ll be asked to provide the name and email of your intended recipient and you’ll be given the option to include a special message. The recipient will receive an email explaining how to claim their gift after your account has been charged. In order to purchase gifts for more than one recipient or for you, they will need to be done in separate transactions.
I cannot find how to redeem in my account.: You cannot redeem a deal until after it has tipped by meeting the minimum number of buyers required. Once the deal tips there will be either a Print link to download and print a PDF voucher or a Redeem link that will allow you to redeem the deal online.
What is the referral program and how does it work?: We're giving our customers the ability to earn credits that can be applied toward future AP Daily Deals purchases. All you have to do is Refer a Friend! Once your friend makes their FIRST AP Daily Deals purchase within 30 days, both you and your friend will receive a $5 AP Daily Deals credit - for a total of $10 to share! It's a great way to let your friends in on sweet deals and for you both to earn some extra money that can be used on future purchases.; To refer a friend, go to the Referral Program page to obtain your personalized sharing link. After your friend registers with AP Daily Deals and makes their first AP Daily Deals purchase within 30 days, a $5 AP Daily Deals credit will be added to both of your accounts and will be available for use on future AP Daily Deals purchases. The best part? The more Friends you Refer, the more Credits you could Earn!

Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded. This referral program may be available only for a limited time, but credits earned will continue to be available after the incentive program ends.
