The rich European flavors come straight from Fischer’s German Meat Market in Muenster, Texas and are accompanied by Hot German Potato Salad and Sauerkraut. Their brats are served only on freshly baked bread rolls from Bayer’s Kolonialwaren und Backeri , which are brought in every day from Muenster.

That may sound like an exaggeration, but I've eaten a lot of burgers (evidenced by my huge pants and new gym membership). These guys do it right. "I'm sad to say that I avoided this place for a long time, because I thought I would be disappointed. This has to be the best burger I've had in the area and I've since brought others who agree. On top of this I can get authentic German food too!! The kraut is great, the potato salad is incredible, the brats etc are fabulous.
